It’s ok
Very waxy texture, but it does melt when rubbed in. Milky when wet, but it didn’t remove my make up and required a gel cleanser afterwards.

It’s ok!
I have used a few different cleansing balms and I have to say this one l liked at least. It’s very thick and doesn’t melt into oil like most of them do, it turns into buttery consistency. I wouldn’t recommend to use it as the only cleanser, it leaves very greasy film and struggles with removing mascara (I’m not talking about waterproof mascara), it’s ok if you follow with a second step in your cleansing routine, although sometimes I still have to use an eye make remover at the end to remove traces of mascara. I won’t be repurchasing. In similar price range I’d recommend Clinique take the day off cleansing balm

Not for me.
This balm looks and feels like coconut oil, whilst smelling very floral. I was hoping to find a slightly cheaper alternative to clinique take the day off balm, and have loved pixi products in the past, however this balm was very thick and greasy, and does not transform into a milky fluid when rinsing like other balms. One applied it has to be removed with a muslin cloth, which die to its texture can be a chore. It left my skin a little greasy, even after a double cleanse, and I found after a week of use I was breaking out. I’ve gone back to clinique unfortunately.

The best
I love this cleansing balm. I have mature dry skin, and this makes my skin feel soft and moisturised. Much better than a cream cleanser, and doesn't make my skin breakout. Excellent stuff.

Brilliant Product, Love it!!!!!
I'm a new fan of the Pixi range after only discovering it this year via Caroline Hirons. My skin is naturally normal / combination and this product has blown me away, my face has never felt or looked softer and I have a wonderful glow to my tired mummy skin! I was so thrilled with the results of the cleansing balm that I purchased the Glow Tonic as well and I can really see a difference in my skin. Thank you Pixi I'm so pleased to have discovered you, I am definitely keen to try other products in your range, the double cleanse is next on my hit list!!!!
