I used it anyway and it is Gorgeous, I wish I had discovered this product sooner I left it on my clean and towel dried hair for 25 mins and rinsed and lighty conditioned and I am delighted with the result. I have used other toners that claim to do the same thing but I always come back to this one. It always tones my hair perfectly from that yellowy/brassy-ness to a soft ashy/silvery blonde. I would say however that I leave it on for about an hour for it to really do it’s thing but completely worth it!

Certainly helps brassy tones, but not as good as I hoped it would have been. Left it on 30 mins the first time. Didn't do anything. Left it on 3 hours the nest time and did notice a difference. Washed out the next wash though.

Having decided to let my grey hairs come through after years of dying my hair dark, I’ve had to have highlights to blend them in. I’ve always had difficulty and so have the hairdressers in getting my highlights to a nice silver tone. I did apply it to dry hair (as I needed the strongest lift) and left it on for about 25 mins. It’s really lifted the yellow tones out of my hair and finally I have silver tones.
