I've had the regular ghds for a few years now and was undecided on whether or not to try the wide plate ones. But I am very glad that I bit the bullet and purchased these. I have very thick wavy hair and these ghds glide right through a lot quicker than my old ghds, my hair still has loads of volume but is super straight and smooth. This offers amazing results that far surpassed my expectations!
