The bodyguard heat spray coats each strand of hair for a smoother-looking finish ready for styling. Use with all tools from hairdryers to straighteners and tongs for ultimate thermal protection and great hair.

Separate the hair in horizontal layers starting at the back of the neck. Apply 2-3 pumps of ghd bodyguard from a product's distance from the hair. Continue working up in layers to create an even distribution of product through the hair. Brush through and style as normal using your favourite ghd tool.
Style Tip. Apply ghd heat protect spray first if you’re layering it up with other styling products.

I have been using this on and off for 4 years now, every time I have it I LOVE it! It keeps my hair straighter and smoother for longer, smells great and noticeably less split ends as I straighten my hair most days, whereas with this can go at least 3 days without it! This has no rival!
I have very long coloured hair which I generally leave to dry naturally. However when time is against me I use this spray before blow drying, using straighteners or tongs and it is amaxing! It is the only protector I've come across that actually works!

Thought I would try this but am not overly impressed. Having used clynol shine spray for years I am now trying to find an alternative and this is definitely not it. It does not seem to have any effect on my hair (very thick)
