It's a good make up remover, similar to Banila zero, a Korean brand. The only thing is the Ingredients are not environment friendly. Micro plastic is used which can be avoided in a make-up remover.

I used to stick to cleansing oil as makeup remover before I decided to give this much hyped balm a shot, and I've never used any other makeup removing product since then. Just amazing
I had seen this balm on Instagram so many times, and longed after it. I had no idea it was sold in the UK, but decided to google it one day and discovered it was on here! It smells like lemon meringue, is not greasy like most balm cleansers and it just melts makeup away. You only need a small blob too. Will definitely be replacing this once it’s used and really want to try more Farmacy products now!

I love love LOVE this cleanser. I am a cleanser hoarder. There isn’t anything I haven’t tried. Emma Hardie, oskia, omorovicza balms, pixi double cleanse but I can honestly say I never used anything like this one. It is lush. It is balm but so weigh less so effortless. Amazing but not for the eyes.
This is amazing for removing makeup. Easily melts it away and I think I will be repurchasing and using it for my face but sadly, I was hoping to use it around my eyes and was disappointed to find that it really stings my eyes. But I love it for the rest of the face. It removes makeup much better than the Garnier micellar water. But I’ll still have to stick to that or something more gentle for removing my mascara.
