This is the best cleansing balm I have ever used. For me, it beats all others (Elemis, Votary, de Mamiel, Oskia, And-Then-I-Met You, etc.) Starts as a balm, full removes all make up including waterproof mascara with a mitt, turn into a milk that gently cleanses the skin and washes away without any residue. It just brilliant - especially on sensitive eyes. Highly recommend- worth the price.

The best makeup remover
I knew about this makeup removal via Liyah Yoo’s review on YouTube and since I’ve heard a lot of good things about Korean skincare, I decided to give it a try. To be frank it’s no way the cheap makeup removal on price point BUT it’s THE BEST one that I’ve ever tried. Believe me I’ve tried loads of brands from cheap to luxurious ones. This balm is smooth, beautiful scented, doesn’t cause any initiation to my eyes and of course remove makeup so nicely. I just love it soooooo much! You know the feeling when you use removal and it makes your skin feel too tight, then you know your skin layer has been striped a bit, that’s not good for us at all. Melts your makeup away
Love the smell, and how it just takes the makeup away without the feeling residue left behind. I have very dry skin, so this makes my skin feel hydrated still when I combine it with Cetaphil gentle cleanser. Although the 100ml smelled a little funny at the very end, I don’t wear makeup everyday and live in a very humid city, so that may be why, but I didn’t have this problem using the smaller size. So if you can finish it in a couple months I think you’ll be fine.

best cleansing balm I've tried
This cleansing balm removes makeup so easily, doesn't leave a greasy film on the skin, and I can use on my eyes without them stinging at all. It's kind of expensive but the best I've tried so far. Best to use on dry skin i.e. don't wet the skin first because it will melt into nothing before you even try to remove the makeup.
