Very refreshing toner
I was previously using a Clinique toner but found the alcohol content was too high - to the extent that it was burning my skin. I had read good reviews about Caudalie and was really glad I made the switch. This is a really cooling and gentle toner when applied. No 'burning' sensation and it effectively removes any extra dirt that your cleanser hasn't reached. I have been using this for around 3 weeks during lockdown (where I can actually keep to a proper skincare routine!) and I must say, my skin is feeling a lot softer and definitely less red.

I have sensitive, combination skin prone to breakouts (really fun) & got quite bad perioral dermatitis last year, so have been particularly careful about what I put on my face. I slowly introduced this into my routine and it is just great. It doesn't aggravate my skin, leaves my face feeling fresh and clean & it has cleared up the stubborn breakout I got on my cheeks at the end of March. I don't think my skin has ever felt so chilled out. I'm always skeptical of trying over-hyped products, especially after various 'holy grail' products felt like they were actually burning my face off, but this just works, and for the price, I don't think you can do better.
