Caudalie Instant Detox Mask works by removing impurities and treating free-radical damage to leave skin silky smooth. Suitable for all skin types, its gel-cream formula restores and rejuvenates skin for a healthier and purified feel. Contains pink clay which deeply cleanses skin and absorbs toxins, and natural grape marc, an antioxidant to exfoliate and refresh skin. Directions for use: Apply a thin layer to cleansed skin and leave for 5 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Use twice a week.

This mask is inoffensive but takes a bit of scrubbing (using a Face Halo) to get off once it starts to dry so I always try to wash off before it gets to that stage! My skin isn’t any worse or better for using it. A little goes a long way but won’t be repurchasing.

This is a fantastic clay based mask. I have combination skin that is prone to breakouts and sensitivity. A lot of face masks are too harsh for my skin and can dry it out and cause redness and irritation. This mask; however was really gentle and didn’t cause any irritation. I have had great results from using once a week and have completely clear skin. I am new to this brand, converting after getting a small bottle of their toner in the advent calendar last year. I am VERY impressed!

I love Caudalie products and I think this is a good detoxing mask, my pores seem ever so slightly smaller and I'm yet to try it consistently to see any longer term effects. However, for my skin this is quite drying so I can't use it much. I will use this more often in the summer when my skin isn't as prone to dryness, and it may work better if you have a super hydrating moisturiser to use after it.
