Refreshing and light

It's too early to tell if this has any benefit for post-gym muscle relief but I use this product after workout. I find it very light and airy and feels good on the skin after a workout, particularly the steam room. The fragrance is light but not underwhelming. It helps boost my mood with its very pleasant smell.

Perfect for post Covid or flu aches

This being rubbed in after a walk, or physio, or even a swim, it gives such relief. Cooling but not medicinal smelling of disinfectant or that freeze products. It would be great after a bit of sunburn or just a day in outin the garden Better if you could get it in much larger size
