Use AM and PM, gently massaging into wet skin. Rinse off with warm water. Follow with toner and moisturiser.

Nice soap
I buy gentle soaps now for washing my hands and face, as they just come in a paper wrap ie. no plastic packaging. This one is light grey in colour (due to the white clay) and basically unscented. It creates a creamy lather. I'd buy it again.
