Gel-Cream: Apply to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Not to be used for children under 3 years of age.

Face Mask: Slather a super thick layer on dry, cleansed face, avoiding the eye area. Leave for 10-15 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Use as needed 2-3 times per week. Also suitable for use overnight. Keep the mask in fridge for an extra cooling sensation.
