Amazing!
I started suffering from really bad hormonal spots (aged 28) and the doctor wouldn't give me anything to get rid of them. I did lots of research to find products to help and stumbled across this. It probably took a good 2 or 3 weeks to see a clear difference in my skin, and I did suffer from pretty bad headaches and sleeplessness for the first week, but I am SO glad I persevered because my skin has cleared so so much. I still get the occasional spot, but just small manageable ones whereas I used to get the much bigger under the skin ones, this seems to have cleared them right up! The headache symptoms went after about a week and then I felt normal. I'm on my third pot now and won't look back!

These supplements worked wonders for me. I started using them for my skin but my hair also benefitted from them too! I started taking 2 and day to begin with and then dropped down to 1 once they kicked in. Best supplement I've come across for my skin and will definitely use them long term!
